Operating system


After the tag is initialized, the unique identification code (ID) of the tag chip, the cylinder registration code recorded on the surface of the tag, and the etched number (steel number) of the cylinder are bound and written into the tag.


Data binding process


Establish a basic information database of gas cylinders, and the data items meet the requirements for gas cylinder management;


By using a handheld reader, the basic information of the cylinder that needs to be recorded in the label is written into the electronic label attached to the bottle;


Transfer the ID number of the label to the enterprise back-end database, and together with the basic information of the cylinder recorded in the label;


The background database generates a record of the cylinder etch number, the tag ID number, the cylinder usage registration code, and the associated cylinder information.

Gas cylinder electronic label application standardization


The application standardization of gas cylinder electronic tags mainly involves three aspects:


Gas cylinder uniform coding


Label performance, packaging, data storage format within the tag chip


Reader and tag communication, certification, and explosion protection requirements of the body


The gas cylinder code follows the coding rules stipulated in the technical documents of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of TS 4501—2005;


The method code specified in EPC, EN-UCC or ISO 21007 is not used. The above code is electronically encoded as a gas cylinder product for gas packaging. With the EPC or ISO 21007 standard, the cylinder manufacturer must apply to the ISO designation authority for the manufacturer code, and the registration agency must register with the ISO designation body.


In particular, ISO 21007 does not make any provision for the handling of job information data such as cylinder filling, inspection, and distribution.


In the gas cylinder electronic label industry standard regulations, we decided to continue to use the TS-501-2005 regulations, and at the same time, apply to the domestic OID registration agency for the gas cylinder electronic tag object identifier. Label requirements


According to the application requirements, the physical characteristics of the label, environmental adaptability, anti-counterfeiting characteristics, and packaging requirements shall be specified; the information data format in the storage label shall be specified.
